Preparation for prep

Kindergarten is the perfect time to help children prepare for school and all of the expectations that come along with that.

Starting school is a major milestone in the life of a child and their family. It begins the next stage of development and a new phase of life.

While it’s a time full of excitement, possibility and eagerness, it is common for children to experience some anxiety and concerns as well.

Gan Gani’s experienced and qualified educators and teachers work to help children prepare for school through specialised prep education.

The 3 Rs

Numeracy and literacy (the three Rs) are a primary focus of school.
  • Reading
  • wRiting
  • aRithmetic
However, it is well established that a child’s success in school and in these areas is largely based on their social and emotional readiness and preparedness for formal learning. Gan Gani’s prep education curriculum focuses on nurturing our children to develop the required social and emotional skills to be best prepared for primary school.

Support

At Gan Gani always here to provide support to our children, our families and our educators too.

We’re here to ensure that the transition to school is a positive experience for all, and to help our children ensure they’re empowered and enabled to put their best foot forwards from the outset.
